Melissa started her nursing career working in her small hometown hospital as a Candy Striper, then as a nurses aid during the summers through nursing school. She graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in Charlotte, North Carolina. Melissa has always preferred working at the bedside and continue to do so in the Emergency Department of a Critical Access Hospital in Port Townsend, Washington.

​Paula started her nursing career as a nurses aide in a small community hospital. Caring for patients was a good fit for her. She graduated from North Idaho College with an Associates Degree in Nursing then 14 years later earned a bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Washington. Paula found her passion for Emergency Nursing in 1988 and has worked there since. She's worked in large Emergency Departments like Swedish Medical Center, but prefers living in a smaller community like Port Townsend.

Stephen is a graduate of University of Washington. He has been in Emergency Medicine for 35 years, along with being a Medical Directory EMS for 27.

Elizabeth excels with healthcare startups and scaling strategy.

Chris focuses on small business funding and growth strategy.

Kat leads business strategy while supporting website development and data analysis.
